Reasons
1. The reasoning for the court’s explanation of this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except where the third or lower portion of the judgment of the first instance is used as follows. Thus, it is acceptable to accept this as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. The part (2) written by the Defendant asserts to the effect that the Plaintiff transferred the ownership of the instant real estate to the Defendant on June 27, 2012. However, the evidence No. 7 (a copy of the apartment sale contract’s ownership transfer/acquisition contract) consistent with the above argument cannot be used as evidence for the reasons as set forth below (3) and there is no other evidence to acknowledge the Defendant’s assertion. Thus, the Defendant’s assertion is without merit.
