Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2013, the Defendant discovered Fitro vehicle owned by the injured party E, which was parked in the front of the Hyundai Apartment Complex in the Daejeon Middle-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, with a view to finding out the Fitro vehicle in front of the said vehicle, and opened a non-Correction door, and cut off the vehicle with a single galthrode stamp equivalent to KRW 800,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, in the back of the vehicle.
2. On July 29, 2013, around 02:30, the Defendant discovered a H car owned by the victim G, which was parked in the underground parking lot of the Taepungdong-dong Apartment apartment, Daejeon, Daejeon, and opened a door that was not corrected for the said vehicle, and cut off with 3.50,000 won at the market price owned by the victim, which was attached to the front glass of the said vehicle.
