Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A, Defendant B, and Defendant C are those who run the “one-one-one game” business, which is the one that can be seen as a computer chain game from the 2nd floor of Busan Jin-gu to the same business. Defendant D is the employees employed by the above Defendants, and Defendant E is the Internet computer game facility provider that operates the above “L”.
1. The Defendants in violation of the Act on the Promotion of Public Offering Game Industry by Defendants A, B, and C invested 50,000 won in the said “L” from around August 2012 to December 17, 2012, and leased 15,000 won each of the said “PC 15,00 won per day from the said “L” to the said “PC 15,000 won,” and installed a VPN (commercial network) and access to the Japanese game site through the Buddhist boxes that were known through the Internet Raba, which were known to the effect that they could not be classified by the Korea Game Rating Board.
The Defendants: (a) allowed many unspecified customers to use the said game on the basis of the points initially stored in each PC; and (b) subsequently, converting the points of KRW 1,000 acquired by the customers into KRW 10,000,000, the Defendants exchanged 10% of the fee from the PC stairs.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to use the game products that have not been classified by the Game Rating Board and exchanged the points obtained through the use of the game products.
2. Defendant D’s aiding and abetting Defendant D’s violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act, at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph 1.1.00 A.M. attendance at around 11:00 A.M. each day to connect the above VPN to the Japanese game. The act of violating the Game Industry Promotion Act by facilitating Defendant B, Defendant A, and Defendant C’s criminal act by receiving KRW 50,000 per day from customers who use the above VPN to receive tobacco and drinking water heart, etc.
