1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B’s KRW 47,00,000 and for this, KRW 5% per annum from August 16, 2017 to December 19, 2018.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
2. Judgment by Confession (Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act)
3. According to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019), the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is 12% per annum from June 1, 2019. Thus, the part of the claim for damages for delay seeking payment exceeding the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 is rejected.
