1. The Defendant’s KRW 16,421,50 for the Plaintiff and 6% per annum from January 20, 2015 to February 10, 2017.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of research and development of information and communications devices, and the Defendant is a company established for satellite, installation of industrial antenna, A/S (S) and sales business.

B. 1) On April 3, 2014, the Plaintiff submitted a proposal for the development of “IPTV system for vessel use” to the Defendant, who had devised the development of “IPTV system” as a summary of “Internet protocol television” for the free resolution and smooth rest of the seafarers due to the long-term operation of vessels. It is different from the general cable broadcasting that the viewers want to report the program at a very high-speed Internet network. In order to use IPTV, it is different from the general cable broadcasting. To use the television, the Plaintiff submitted a proposal for the development of “IPTV system” to the Defendant.

B) On July 14, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a “Network Equipment Supply Contract” with the Defendant with the following terms and conditions (hereinafter “instant First Contract”).

(1) The Plaintiff entered into an agreement on the “Network” (hereinafter referred to as the “products”) that the Defendant requested to develop.
