1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2,500,000 won;

Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act on the part of a female by forcing the victim E, who is an employee, by attempting to report the victim E, who is an employee (the 20 years of age) to a guest in Busan, Busan, on May 14:37, 2013; and (b) paying the amount of drinking water to the victim, “I am bad, this bad, and bad,” with the victim’s hand, and am bad, four times. The Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of a woman, such as “I am bad, am bad, and am.”

An order to disclose or notify the registered information of disclosure or notification order needs to be careful in that it may seriously affect the defendant, and in this case, it is judged that there are special circumstances that may not disclose the personal information, such as where the registration of personal information alone appears to have an effect to prevent recidivism of the defendant, etc. Therefore, it does not issue an order to disclose or notify the registered information.
