A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 9, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Jinju prison on November 18, 2018.
1.
