The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

The Defendant, against the lower judgment on February 14, 2017, filed an appeal, and on December 20, 2017, did not submit a statement of reasons for appeal within 20 days, which is due to the submission of the reasons for appeal, even if the Defendant received a notice of receipt of the records of trial by serving a public notice from this court on December 20, 2017

There is no reason to file an appeal in the petition of appeal, and there is no reason to ex officio on the records.

Therefore, the defendant's appeal shall be dismissed pursuant to the main sentence of Article 361-4 (1) and Article 361-3 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, but it shall be decided as per Disposition.
