Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2019, the Defendant: around 04:42, in the vicinity of Gangseo-gu Office in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, which is located in the 302 Yancheon-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul; (b) was boarded in B taxi; and (c) was set off in the vicinity of the gynam Station located underground as the funeral of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon at around 875:01 on the same day; and (d) was found to have 1,100,000 gymno 10 gymno, which was set up by the victim C using the said taxi in the back seat of the gymna, Incheon at the lower seat;
