Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is the owner of D’s passenger ship, which operates between neighboring islands in C as a company operating coastal marine passenger transportation services. The Plaintiff is a preliminary seafarer of D from November 20, 2016, who served as D’s mate from around November 20, 2016.
B. On November 26, 2017, the Plaintiff was on board D and worked on the day of November 26, 2017, and at around 19:30, while driving the freight vehicle, left the right side of the said freight vehicle in front of the front-namdo, and caused an accident involving the signboard of the street 2 glus and crosswalks and crosswalks (hereinafter “instant accident”).

The scope of medical care under Article 95 (Scope of Medical Care) 94 shall be as follows:
1. Diagnosis;
2. Provision of medicine, medical supplies, artificial limbs, and other prosthetic devices;
3. A surgical operation and other medical treatment;
4. Accommodation in a hospital, clinic or other place necessary for medical treatment other than one's own house (including the provision of meals);
5. Nursing;
6. Transfer.
7. The cost of transportation required for outpatient treatment.
