Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
B, in office, the C Apartment D, the defendant A is in the same subparagraph without a duty, and he was dissatisfied with his employees' apartment management office.
1. 2. 3. Defendant B and Defendant A’s co-offendered Defendants who interfered with their duties were committing a campaign to sign a pro-con voting for the removal of the representative on the K-story in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul at around 18:00 on August 28, 2018.
