In the judgment of the first instance, the part of the plaintiffs' claims against the defendant International Asset Trust Co., Ltd. shall be revoked.

(b).

1. The scope of this Court’s judgment: (a) the Plaintiffs filed a claim against Defendant A to implement the procedure for registration of cancellation of ownership transfer as to the portion of 66/672, out of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 list, with respect to the registration of ownership transfer completed as No. 27123, Nov. 14, 2013 by the Seoul Central District Court, and the registration of ownership transfer as to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 list No. 199250, Jul. 21, 2015; (b) the Plaintiff B filed a claim with the Seoul Central District Court for the cancellation of the registration of ownership transfer as to the portion of 50/672, out of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 list No. 27122, Nov. 14, 2013; (c) the Plaintiff filed a claim with the Seoul Central District Court for the modification of the title No. 162, Mar. 16, 2015.

However, the court of first instance rendered a judgment dismissing the plaintiffs' claim for the implementation of the procedure for the cancellation of ownership transfer registration as to the shares in 66/672 and shares in 50/672 and each ownership transfer registration as to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2, among the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 against Defendant Amerco, and the plaintiffs' claim for KRW 161,000,000 against Defendant B, and the plaintiffs' claim for the cancellation of ownership transfer registration as to the shares in 116/672 out of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1,

The plaintiffs shall register the transfer of ownership to Defendant International New Trust.
