Reasons

1. Around December 16, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on a deposit of KRW 20 million, KRW 1 million per month of rent, and KRW 5 million from January 5, 2014; and the delivery of the said building. The Defendant delayed payment of rent from March 5, 2017, and the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the termination of the said lease agreement and requested the delivery of the building, thereby failing to comply therewith. 2. Article 208(3)3 (Service by Public Notice) of the Civil Procedure Act applicable to the applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Act.
