A is the representative director of Defendant B, who is located in Gyeongbuk-gun, the elderly group D, and Defendant B is a corporation that carries on automobile parts manufacturing business.

1. A person who intends to install a wastewater discharge facility of a defendant shall file a prior report thereon with the competent authority, and shall not use non-reported discharging facilities;

Nevertheless, from December 2013 to April 23, 2014, the Defendant, without reporting the installation of wastewater discharge facilities to the head of the above workplace, installed a manufacturing facility for metal processed products (the amount of wastewater generated 0.192 cubic meters/day) which is a wastewater discharge facility and operated a business producing automobile parts at an average of 3.2t per day.

As a result, the defendant has operated the manufacturing of automobile parts using wastewater discharge facilities without reporting the installation of wastewater discharge facilities.

2. Defendant B, at the time and place of the preceding paragraph, committed the same offense as the preceding paragraph against Defendant A, who is the representative of the Defendant.
