Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years and by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

In order for game users to carry out the "No. 1" game (ju), which is developed by the UN CFF, the Defendant: (a) even though he/she is able to carry out a game by using the clock program provided by the CFF and inputting the ID and password through his/her own certification, he/she illegally constructs a game server and DB server; (b) by depression the security program provided by the CFF online to users through his/her own website; and (c) by changing the value automatically established for the CF online game server to automatically connect to the illegal game server, the Defendant illegally distributed the "No. 1" game product to its members and illegally purchased the C game item from the D, which is operated by the relevant tax office or office without any income or profit-making or concealment; and (d) the Defendant shall not, notwithstanding its own website, engage in an act of selling the CF game item or selling it by means of fraud or concealment, etc., to prevent the sales of the CFF game item from exceeding the amount of 00,000 won.
