Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in the Busan District Court’s Branch Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 6, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On July 2015, the Defendant acquired the victim’s resident registration certificate that was lost by C in the street near the street park located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The defendant did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning the above obtained resident registration certificate to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. Night theft;

A. On August 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 00:00 on early August 2015, 2015, when the victim was living near the street park as indicated in paragraph (1); (b) when the victim went into his/her residence by using a cresh in which he/she was unable to lock the entrance; and (c) when the victim went into his/her residence, he/she had one wall containing 26,000 won in cash, credit card 1, and transportation card 2, which is owned by the victim; and (d) stolen the victim’s property.

B. On August 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 01:30 on August 6, 2015, at night, had one cell phone in an amount equivalent to 600,000 won in the market price of the victim’s possession, who was in charge of the head of the intrusion upon the victim’s residence, and stolen the victim’s property by taking advantage of the gaps in the victim’s residence E located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government DB02.

C. On August 9, 2015, around 02:20 on August 9, 2015, at night, the Defendant was in the victim G, located in the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Fro tower, and the victim was living in the victim G, and the victim was locked without closing the entrance door, and there was a cash amounting to 48,400 won, credit card number 2, resident registration number 2, and the market price 100,000 won.
