A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 22, 2014, at around 01:26, the Defendant received 112 reports that domestic violence occurred at the Defendant’s residence located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul underground 1st century, and obstructed the police officers’ legitimate performance of duties in relation to the handling of 112 reporting duties by assaulting assault, such as E, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Western Police Station D police box, and a slopeF, who was dispatched to the site, to confirm the reported facts.
