A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person working for D Child Care Center at D’s “D”) located in Jeju City from June 1, 2014 to June 13, 2014 as an infant care teacher in charge.
1. Crimes against victims E;
A.
