A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Since July 2011, the Defendant asked the victim C (n'e, 41 years of age) who was in an internal-related relationship to be hedging to himself, and asked the victim to be suspected that another male has occurred and to continue to contact with the victim.

1. On March 11, 2013, at around 07:57, the Defendant detained the victim for about 100 minutes by forcing the victim, who had worked in the front of the (ju) EE located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, to leave the vehicle on the top of the Frando-car operated by the victim and let the victim get off the vehicle. On the same day, around 09:30 of the same day, the Defendant detained the victim by forcing the victim to leave the said vehicle to the I near the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City University located in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, by allowing the victim to leave the said vehicle on the front of the said vehicle.

2. At around 07:20 on May 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) neglected the victim, who had worked in front of the Jtel in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, to board his own car; (b) but the victim refused, forced the victim to leave the vehicle by attaching the victim’s head debt, and forced the victim to leave the vehicle and forced him to leave the vehicle; (c) up to 09:30 on the same day, the Defendant detained the victim for about 120 minutes by leaving the vehicle door and preventing the victim from getting out of the vehicle; and (d) placed the victim in the above vehicle with head to prevent the victim from escaping; and (e) placed the victim at the head to prevent the victim from escaping during the above vehicle, the Defendant suffered damage to the victim’s face, head, part, etc. with the victim’s hand and the victim’s hand, thereby treating the victim for about 35 days.
