Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased 1 CDs C20-I car at the C office located in the G office located in Gwangju on November 29, 2013; (b) agreed to obtain a loan of 25 million won from one victim (ju), and to pay 890,070 won per month for 36 months; and (c) on the security of the said car, the Defendant set up a mortgage of 12,50,000 won for the secured bond amount on December 3, 2013.
