A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at around 19:20 on May 6, 2016, committed indecent act by compulsion, on the part of the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion, on the part of the Defendant, a “C singing practice room” building located in Sungnam-gu A, Sungnam-gu, and (b) when the victim D (the victim’s age 35) came from the first floor to the second floor; (c) when the victim got out of stairs; and (d) when the victim got out of the first floor to the second floor, the Defendant committed indecent act by coercioning

The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph (1), and at the time, at the same time and place as specified in paragraph (1), the victim E (5 years of age) and the victim F (61 years of age) wishing to take a claim from the victim E (55 years of age) running running in the “C singing practice room,” and assaulted the victims when the victim E faces twice the victim’s face by drinking.
