A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete 40 hours of sexual assault treatment programs.

Punishment of the crime

1. The "Violation of the Psychotropic Drugs Control Act" in the facts charged of the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. seems to be a clerical error.

The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

From September 23, 2016 to February 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) dialogueed between the person in secret name and smartphone-making app (“C”); (b) decided to purchase approximately KRW 3g of psychotropic drugs from the person in secret; (c) purchased approximately 3g of psychotropic drugs from the person in secret; (d) as ordered by the person in secret; (e) put one million won in cash in the E-ownership parking lot located in the old Si/U.S. Si/Gu; and (e) went out of the above parking lot after approximately 15 minutes; and (e) carried approximately 3g of the phiphonephone, which the person in secret name was put in the above parking lot, again put in a paper-type plastic bag.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased psychotropic drugs.

B. On September 28, 2016, from around 02:00 to around 04:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased as stated in the foregoing paragraph (a) into a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected into the Defendant’s arms and administered philophones; and (c) injected into the Defendant’s arms, from around 02:00 on September 29, 2016 to around 04:00 on the same day.

Pursuant to Paragraph 1, approximately 0.03 g of philophones purchased, in a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and then injection into the Defendant’s arms and medication of philophones, and through the “G”, a smartphone-making apps, it is a multi-tetra medicine to H (the age of 15).

In the same manner, 0.03 g of philophones purchased as stated in paragraph (1), dilutiond with the same method, and injection into the above H's arms and use philophones.

b. Melopon 0.03g of philopon purchased as referred to in paragraph (a).
