1. The insurance contract entered in the separate sheet No. 1 signed between the Plaintiff and the Defendant A is invalid.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 15, 2005, Defendant A entered into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff on February 15, 2005, between the Plaintiff and the beneficiary when the insured and the beneficiary were injured.
On August 10, 2007, Defendant A changed the beneficiary to Defendant C at the time of the policyholder and injury of the insurance contract of this case, and on May 15, 2008, the policyholder and the beneficiary were changed to Defendant A at the time of injury.
(hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). (b)
Defendant A paid the hospitalized treatment and insurance money of Defendant A, from October 5, 2007 to October 23, 2007, was hospitalized from D Council members for about 19 days due to acute light infection at D Council members, and was hospitalized for about 3 years and 11 months until September 14, 201, as indicated in attached Form 2.
Accordingly, according to the insurance contract of this case, the Plaintiff paid the total of KRW 25,135,158 to Defendant A, and the total of KRW 10,001,818 to Defendant C, respectively.
C. Among the insurance contracts concluded with Defendant A as the insured, the insurance contracts confirmed to have been maintained or maintained after around 2005, which were concluded with Defendant A as the insured are 12 cases as listed in the following table 1. The Defendants received total of KRW 193,770,785 from the insurance companies, including the Plaintiff, in accordance with each of the above insurance contracts.
