Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 26, 2014, at around 20:28, the Defendant driven a motor bicycle B 110cc. that did not have a mandatory insurance policy with a section of about 500 meters from the front side of the Sungdong-dong, Sungdong-dong, Sungdong-dong, to the front side of the same day at around 20:30 on the same day.
