Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, as a acting agent of the violent organization called "Padam", who is active in Ansan-si, committed organized violence and breach of trust by himself, and tried to gain money by having the entertainment drinking house business owner, including the victim D (the victim 35 years of age), take advantage of the fact that the proprietor of the entertainment drinking house business, including the victim, takes fright to the Defendant, using the method of showing the status of a organized violence crime, with the view of raising the money to the proprietor of the entertainment drinking house business.
1. Suppression;
A. In this case, G has fleded in February, and 2,50,000 won from February to 2, and the remaining principal shall be repaid if NA is competent.

B. The Defendant was unable to receive KRW 30 million borrowed by the said H due to the occurrence of H debentures and having been committed at the said D’s expense, and due to the death of the beneficiary, the Defendant could not receive reimbursement of KRW 30 million.
