【Criminal Facts】 On October 30, 2013, at around 23:57, the Defendant driven a vehicle B while under the influence of alcohol of about 100 meters in a section of approximately 100 meters from the front day of the White Rock in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu to the front day of the calculation station in the same 880 meters.
