Punishment of the crime

1. On November 14, 2013, Defendant A distributed products that imitated the functionalityr of the Defendant Company (C) in F and G through the patent attorney E at the office of D Co., Ltd. located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Inc., Ltd., and around November 14, 2013, Defendant A distributed and sold them. All these products are illegal that infringed the Defendant Company’s right of good faith, and the court is proceeding against this.
