1. Indication of claim;

A. From December 2017 to February 2018, the Plaintiffs entered into an investment agreement with the Defendant on the content that the Plaintiffs would acquire the preferential right to acquire each unit of housing listed in the separate sheet among the apartment units in the instant case, and that the Defendant would pay the investment amount (hereinafter “each of the instant investment agreements”). In relation to the project for constructing apartment units and officetels on the land outside Ulsan-gu L and three parcels (hereinafter “instant project”).

B. After concluding an investment agreement with the Defendant, the Plaintiffs paid each of the money indicated in the “payment date” column of the attached list as of each date as indicated in the same list as the date.

C. However, on October 27, 2018, the Defendant unilaterally terminated each of the instant investment agreements to each of the Plaintiffs, and notified the Plaintiffs that they would return the paid investment amount.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to each of the plaintiffs the amount stated in the "total amount of payment" column 1 in the attached list of the investment funds paid by the plaintiffs as stipulated in the investment agreement of this case due to the unilateral termination of the investment agreement of this case, as well as the amount stated in the "B penalty (5% of the total amount of payment)" column 5% of the total amount of the plaintiffs' investment funds, and with respect to the amount stated in the "amount of payment" column 2 in the same list of the same list, which is penalty equivalent to the same five% of the total amount of the plaintiffs' investment funds, from the payment date of this case to the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case, each of the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery
