Accordingly, the defendant provided telecommunications services provided by telecommunications business operators for another's communications.

The Defendant is a person who served as a taxi engineer from November 2018 to January 2019 in Michuhol-gu, Incheon as a taxi engineer from "D" in Michuhol-gu, Michuhol-gu, Incheon.

The Defendant embezzled the property of which possession of another person has been separated as follows.

1. On November 1, 2018, the Defendant discovered and brought about one of the LG Q7 smartphones worth KRW 400,000 at the market price where the victim was lost in the taxi operated by the Defendant in the third secretary of “F” located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon.

2. On November 1, 2018, around 04:00, the Defendant discovered and brought about one unit of Samsung 8 smartphone at the gallon city of Samsung ju, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 600,000,000, when the victim was lost in a taxi operated by the Defendant at the place specified in paragraph (1).

3. On December 13, 2018, at around 19:00, the Defendant discovered one of the 5 smartphone 5 smartphones with the market value equivalent to KRW 200,000,000, where the victim was lost in a taxi operated by the Defendant at the mother of the Manam-si, Sungnam-si.

4. On January 3, 2019, the Defendant is a taxi operated by the Defendant in Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-dong around the new wall.
