Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, as a follow-up treatment of the external surgery, should undergo an aviation cancer treatment using drugs or radioactive rays. However, in the case of the above aviation cancer treatment, Defendant A, using the fact that he purchased cancer insurance, was hospitalized in other small and medium-sized hospitals during the outpatient treatment period, did not pay cancer insurance money equivalent to the amount of hospitalization expenses, etc. to the insurance company, as if he were hospitalized in other medium-sized hospitals during the outpatient treatment period.

4. Until January 31, 201, in spite of the absence of the fact that he was hospitalized at the Plaintiff’s KRW 15,340,480 in total by using false documents at 14 times from around that time to January 31, 201, the victim ING Life Insurance Co., Ltd. received a false certificate of discharge from the relevant hospital, etc. as if he was hospitalized, and made a claim for the payment of insurance proceeds on December 27, 201 of the same year against the victim’s ING Life Insurance Co., Ltd. by using it, and subsequently, he received KRW 1,280,000 from the relevant company’s related party and received KRW 1,280,00 from the victim.
2. Defendant D had to undergo cryp cancer treatment using drugs or radiation due to follow-up treatment of the surgery. However, in the case of the above cryp cancer treatment, Defendant D had to undergo pain treatment different from the surgery, but had to undergo pain treatment. However, Defendant D had been charged with cancer insurance money equivalent to the cost of hospitalization, etc. by deceiving an insurance company as if he was hospitalized in other small and medium-sized hospitals during the outpatient treatment period.
