1. The Defendant shall pay 50 million won to the Plaintiff at the rate of 15% per annum from August 5, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the plaintiff prepared a loan certificate of KRW 50 million at the request of Eul on May 26, 2008. At the time, the plaintiff prepared a loan certificate of KRW 50 million with the defendant's house as the defendant's house, and completed the statement of the loan certificate with the defendant's seal impression and the seal impression affixed by the defendant to Eul.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 50 million won with 15% interest per annum from August 5, 2017 to the date of full payment. Thus, the defendant shall accept the claim of this case.
