A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum of eight months or short of four months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 13, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of six months in night buildings, theft, etc. at the Jeonju District Court on the following occasions: (a) on December 21, 2016, the judgment became final and conclusive on December 21, 2016; (b) on March 16, 2017, the Jeonju District Court sentenced imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of one year and two months in a short term and ten months in a short term on May 15, 2017.
Criminal facts
1. On November 16, 2015, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a door front of the driver’s seat that the victim E was parked in the front of the D cafeteria in Kim Jong-si; and (b) stolen KRW 6,000 in cash, which is owned by the victim, at that place.
2. On November 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in front of the head of the steering house that was parked by the victim H in the parking lot located in G and E at Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si; and (b) cut off with cash of KRW 4,00,00, which is owned by the victim at that place.
3. On November 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in front of the driver’s seat in which the victim J was parked at the 103-dong parking lot of the 103 large apartment located in Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, 56-ro 8-gil, and cut off the cash amounting to 6,000 won in that place.
4. On December 1, 2015, at around 19:52, the Defendant opened a door of a driver’s seat that the victim L was parked on the road located in Kim Jong-si, 30-3, a 3,500 won in cash at that place.
5. The Defendant, along with N (Forwarding to the Juvenile Department, January 29, 2016) around January 2, 2016, at around 01:30, was in front of Q beauty art room operated by the Victim P, located in Yansan-si, Jeonju-si, and the Defendant confirmed whether the Defendant came back from the surrounding area, and the Defendant confirmed that the knife of the entrance door was kn by double hand, and attached the correction device to the knife, the cash 10,000 won, which is owned by the victim, and the market value of KRW 180,000,000, on the part of the head of the new knife card.
