"2013 Highest 5739"
1. The Defendants’ joint criminal conduct
A. On August 13, 2013, at around 02:30 on August 13, 2013, the Defendants: (a) the victim AF management cafeteria located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) the Defendant C reported the network behind the restaurant; and (c) the Defendant B entered the main window of the second floor, which was opened, with a cash of KRW 100,000,000 in the treasury of the first floor.
Accordingly, the Defendants, together, stolen 100,000 won in cash owned by the victim.
B. On August 13, 2013, at around 03:13, the Defendants came to a victim AI-management AH restaurant in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and the Defendant C reported the network behind the restaurant, and Defendant B opened and entered the rear metal part with KRW 390,000 in cash located within the Kashter’s safe.
Accordingly, the Defendants, together, stolen the cash 390,000 won owned by the victim.
2. Defendant C
A. On July 24, 2013, at around 05:38, the Defendant entered the victim AL restaurant in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and stolen the money owned by the victim, 670,000 won in cash, which is located in the Kabter’s treasury.
B. Around 13:30 on August 19, 2013, the Defendant entered the victim AP restaurant located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, via the open entrance, and then stolen cash 281,000 won, which is the victim’s possession, within the Kitter’s treasury.

1. On August 7, 2013, the Defendants of special larceny against Victim Q was placed in the underground room operated by the Victim Q Q in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City. Defendant C removed the shock net from the main room by hand, and reported the network. Defendant B entered the above underground room and carried about about 10 million won in cash owned by the victim and about 80 million won in market price.
2. From August 7, 2013, the Defendants of special larceny against the Victim AS operation of the Victim AS in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu around 06:30.
