Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of the above-house building in the rooftop bank, the monthly tenant and the victim C (58 years old).

At around 04:50 on October 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) threatened the Defendant that she would be able to say that the Defendant would be able to breath in one’s rooftop of Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu and the third floor, and that she would be able to see why the Defendant would drink the Defendant’s drinking; and (b) threatened the Defendant that “I will not see this ring, to flag, to death, and to flag, to flag, and to flag, not to live; and (c) there will be any danger.”
