A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 26, 2013, around 00:42, the Defendant: (a) at the Exa of the Victim D’s Operation in Yasan-si, the Defendant: (b) took out the cans and coffee from the drinking water cooling house; (c) took off the cans and coffee from the drinking water cooling house to the mixed canter; and (d) took account after taking off the cans and tobacco from the mixed container; (c) took out the kitchen knife, which is a deadly weapon, in the paper bag, in advance, in preparation for the use of it, and made a threat against the said F by taking the kitchen knife, which is a deadly weapon in the paper bag, in the middle of the paper bag, to take the kitchen knife the above F’s resistance; and (d) took a 500,000 won in cash at the above convenience store.

2. On September 5, 2013, at around 03:58, the Defendant: (a) entered the convenience store in order to forcibly take things at the first convenience store for the operation of the Victim H in Seocho-gu G in Seoul Special Metropolitan City on September 5, 2013; (b) took the kitchen, which is an employee, of the victim J (the age of 21) with a dangerous weapon, in order to take the kitchen, a kitchen (the total length of 30cm, the blade length of 18cc), and threatened the said J to “betting-do money as robbery and soon as soon as possible”; and (c) took the same by force, the Defendant took 92,00 won in cash from the K Anyter’s treasury.

3. At around 05:20 on September 7, 2013, the Defendant entered the convenience store in order to forcibly take things at the convenience point of the operation of the Victim L (n, 26 years of age) located in K at the Jeonju-si, and then threatened the said L with a deadly weapon, a kitchen knife (30cm in total length, 18cm in knife length) and threatened the said L with “infringing money,” and forced the said L to withdraw cash after suppressing the above L’s resistance. However, the said L escaped with an emergency bell as it was.
