A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim C (33 years of age) who is under the influence of alcohol in front of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) expressed the victim C (33 years of age) who was under the influence of alcohol in front of Yangcheon-gu Seoul, and (c) expressed, without any justifiable reason, the Defendant continued to have the victim avoided and move the victim.

Accordingly, after the victim reported 112, the victim did not put the defendant's arms to prevent the defendant from escape, and the defendant abused the victim by putting the victim's hand with his hand and drinking the victim's clothes at one time.
