1. Around May 27, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (here, 18 years of age) who was walking along with his/her male-gu in front of the first floor D store underground of Songpa-gu Seoul Building, on one occasion, when he/she was disabled with intellectual disability 2, and was unable to discern things or make decisions on his/her will due to “any other interference with mental development even during the middle of his/her other interference with behavior”, without any reason, against the victim E (e.g., who was walking along with his/her male-gu in front of the first floor D store underground of Songpa-gu Seoul Building C.

In spite of the fact that anyone does not interfere with the performance of duties of railroad workers due to violence and intimidation, the Defendant was disabled with the second degree of intellectual disability, and when the Defendant, on May 11, 2017, at around 08:40 on May 11, 2017, F victim G, who belongs to the urban railroad construction corporation, from the subway 5-1 platform of Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, about 300, 5-1 platform, around 300, to 300, to 300, 5-1 platform of the subway 5-ro, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, called “if he takes food at the platform, he would change the contents of the demonstration pocket.” However, on the ground that he said that he said that he would have caused the victim to take food at the platform that he would have caused the victim’s right shoulder, and that he would have caused the victim’s chest to write down.”

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the performance of duties by the victim who is a railroad worker.
