A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of violence, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court on October 13, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Ansan Prison on October 13, 2015.

[2] On January 2, 2016, around 15:25, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault against the victim E (52) who is the police officer of the Southern Police Station D, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Western Police Station D, who performed assembly management by putting him on the floor of the “C retirement” card, which was cited by the participants of the “C retirement assembly” in the Seoul Central Police Station that was in the process of unification of Jung-gu, Seoul; and (b) committed an assault against the victim by putting him/her on the e-mail, who was the police officer belonging to the Seoul Central Police Station D, who carried out assembly management by putting him/her on the floor.

The Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million on April 27, 2007 with a fine of KRW 1.5 million on May 30, 2008, the Daejeon District Court issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million on July 24, 2009 with imprisonment for six months at the Seoul Northern District Court; on August 26, 2010, with a summary order of KRW 300,000 as a penalty for fraud at the Seoul Northern District Court; on January 10, 2011, with a summary order of KRW 300,000,000 from Seoul Western District Court to a fine of KRW 305,00,000,000,000,000,000,000 won; on June 22, 2011, the Defendant was issued with a summary order of KRW 301,301,000,000,000,000,00.

[2] The Defendant, at around March 10, 2016, completed the charge at the front of the Seoul Southern-gu Police Station as Han River around 20:05, Jung-gu, Seoul.
