Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) in front of D on the street in the Special Self-Governing City City of Sejong on the following occasions: (b) around 17:30, without turning on the direction of the vehicle driven by the victim E (V, 25 years of age) in the future; (c) and (d) when the victim changed the vehicle, and (d) when the victim took a horse fighting on the ground that the victim gets a light, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s flick in the vehicle by taking a bath on the vehicle, and by extinguishing the flick of the victim, who was seated on the driver’s seat.
