1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. Of the land size of 72,793 square meters in Busan Cheong-gun, Busan Cheong-gun, each point of which is indicated in attached Form 54, 55, 56, 57, and 54.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is the owner of C forest land 72,793 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”). The Defendant is the owner of D 660 square meters adjacent to the instant land, Gyeongnam-gun, Busan-gun, Busan-do, and the Defendant is the owner of D 660 square meters adjacent to the instant land (hereinafter “instant land”).
B. Around May 27, 2006, the Defendant purchased all real estate and its ground on five parcels, other than land owned by the Defendant, from Nonparty E.

However, among the above land purchased by the Defendant, one vinyl connected each point of 54,5,56,57,54 of the annexed drawing(1) among the land in this case, the part where one warehouse building connects each point of 58,59,60,61,58 of the annexed drawing(s) in order, and part of the building connects each point of 70,71, 72, 73, 66, 84, 85,70 of the annexed drawing(s) in order to the part where part of the building was connected to the land in 216 square meters in order of 63,64, 65, 82, 83, and 63 of the annexed drawing(s). The part where part of the building was connected to the land in this case, and the part where one toilet installed on the land in this case with 74,75,776,777,777, and 84 of the annexed drawing(s) were connected to each of this case(s).
Accordingly, on December 18, 2011, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiff, and the instant land of approximately 300 square meters, including the land in the part occupied by the instant facilities, on a yearly basis, on December 17, 2013 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) and attached Form 15, 16, 17, 53, 52, 51, and 15, which connect each point of (b) section 1,29 square meters in the ship connecting each point of (i) and (iii) indication 81, 86, 24, 87, and 81 in order to connect each point of (i) and (ii) indication 1,29 square meters in the ship and (iv) indication 81, 86, 24, 87, and 81 in the instant land.
