1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties and the new mining enterprise of the defendant limited partnership company are corporations aimed at cleaning of septic tanks, collecting excreta and transporting transportation business, and the defendant A is engaged in cleaning of septic tanks, collecting excreta and transporting transportation business in the trade name of "B".
