A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The victim shall have eight copies (No. 1) of the seized Bank of Korea Notes 50,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) was living together with the victim C (the age of 39) of a person interested in suicide with his/her mother and living together; (b) around 07:20 on July 1, 2013, the Defendant told the victim who wanted to die with his/her intention to kill his/her vehicle with an agrochemical (the first, glusium, glusium) kept in the Defendant’s vehicle, and the victim passed a resolution to commit suicide accompanied by the Defendant and the victim.

The defendant boomed the above pesticide together with the victim, left the above pesticide in accordance with the fluscam, and was difficult to bring the pesticide remaining on the defendant's vehicle, and the victim drank the pesticide.

2. Larceny;

A. On July 1, 2013, at around 08:00 on July 1, 2013, the Defendant taken a copy of the Nonghyup Cash Card owned by the victim from the victim C’s wall located in the Defendant’s car, thereby thefting it;

B. At around 09:00 on the same day, 3.5 million won was withdrawn in cash by means of inputting a password by using a stolen cash card at the cash withdrawal machine managed by the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation of the victim agricultural cooperatives in the next 09:00 on the same day.
