Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:05 on July 26, 2014, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, assaulted the victim’s face on two occasions with the victim’s hand-to-face knife in front of the cafeteria “C” restaurant located in the Busan East-gu, Busan, by walking a vision to the victim D(34 years of age).

2. 모욕 피고인은 제1항과 같은 일시 장소에서, 피고인이 제1항과 같이 행패를 부린다는 신고를 받고 출동한 부산동래경찰서 E지구대 소속 경장 피해자 F이 피고인을 제지하자 D 외 수인의 행인이 있는 가운데 “씹할 놈아 내 팔 놓아라, 개쌔끼야, 니가 뭔데 내 팔을 잡노, 좆같은 순경 쌔끼가 뭘 안다고 나를 체포해.”라고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
