Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.

On June 30, 2020, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.14% of alcohol level around 07:20 on June 30, 2020, and led to the entry of D nearby roads in Gwangju Mine-gu C bypassing it from the high-tech area to E protection.

Since there is a road where the center line of yellow solid lines is installed, there was a duty of care to prevent the occurrence of traffic accidents by safely driving motor vehicles such as complying with the tea line and using the brake system properly.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, did not operate the brakes while bypassing as above, went to the opposite lane by leading the central line and entering the opposite lane. On the other side of the road at the time, the part of the victim’s G UD car in front of the vehicle in front of the Defendant’s vehicle (e.g., the 39-year-old vehicle) driving GUD car in front of the instant vehicle was taken as the front part of the vehicle, and the said AUD car was pushed back to the lower part of the said AUD car, thereby getting the front part of the H (the 46-year-old vehicle) driving of the victim H(the 46-year-old vehicle in front of the signal.

2. On June 30, 2020, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol around 07:20 on June 30, 202, around 07:14% of blood alcohol concentration, is about 1 km from the front day of a water intake in the Gwangju Mine District to the D neighboring road located in the same Gu C.
