Punishment of the crime

On August 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 02:13, 2016, when he did not have an intent or ability to pay the drinking value within the “C main point” located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan; (b) had the victim D, an employee of the said main point, and had the victim paid the drinking value, and (c) had the 2.4,00,000 won of the total market price of each 2,40,000 won of the Domini, Domini, Domini, and the 180,000 won of the table, and did not pay the above expenses.
