1. The instant lawsuit was concluded upon October 5, 2016 by this Court’s decision to recommend reconciliation as of September 8, 2016, which became final and conclusive on October 5, 2016.

According to the records, this Court rendered a ruling of recommending reconciliation on September 18, 2016, and the original copy of the ruling of recommending reconciliation was served on the Plaintiff on September 9, 2016, and the Defendant on September 19, 2016, respectively, and the Plaintiff did not object to the said ruling of recommending reconciliation, but it is recognized that the Defendant raised an objection to the said ruling of recommending reconciliation on October 6, 2016.

According to the above facts of recognition, the lawsuit of this case became final and conclusive on October 5, 2016, and the defendant raised an objection against the above decision of recommending reconciliation, and thus, it is disputed. Therefore, it is decided as per Disposition by the declaration of termination of the lawsuit.
