Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2017, around 22:51, the Defendant driven a motor device bicycle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.129% in alcohol while under the influence of alcohol without a driver’s license from around the Busan metropolitan area to the front side of a set of roads, which are to be located in the permanent residence of Busan metropolitan area, from around the Busan metropolitan area to the front side of a set of roads.
