A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 11, 2014, at around 00:05, the Defendant driven Cone Star Cornex without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the reservoir in which the name in the Chuncheon-gun of the Jeonnam cannot be known, to the front side of the vehicle in Gwangju Dong-gu to the 2nd circulation of the solar road in Gwangju Dong-gu.
