Around February 27, 2018, the Defendant operated an entertainment center, “C,” “C,” and had D, who did not undergo a medical examination for sexually transmitted infectious diseases at the above entertainment center, provide entertainment service to provide entertainment service to customers by employing entertainment service providers, and allowing them to provide entertainment service, etc.
