Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 35 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced by the Cheongju District Court to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (production, Distribution, etc. of obscenity) and three years of suspension of execution on March 1, 2014, and the said judgment becomes final and conclusive and is still under suspension of execution.

피고인은 2014. 4. 26. 15:30경 스마트폰 애플리케이션 '즐톡'에 '간단'(간단하게 차량 등에서 만나 성관계 혹은 유사성교 행위를 하는 것을 의미)이라는 글을 게시하고, 위 글을 보고 댓글을 단 D(여, 17세)에게 8만 원을 지불하고 유사성교 행위를 하기로 약속하였다.

At around 17:20 on the same day, the Defendant paid 80,000 won to the above D in the Fsch Rexton vehicle, which was installed in the above D at the underground parking lot of the Heung-gu E Apartment-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju, and paid 60,000 won to the above D, by inserting the hand below the above D's source, and caused the above D to enter as soon as the Defendant's sexual flag.

As such, the Defendant, who is a child or juvenile, had the above D perform a similar behavior, thereby purchasing the sex of a child or juvenile.
